Q. Does a subscription give me access to all of the IPCOnline features?
A. Yes! An IPCOnline subscription gives you 100% access to all of the features of IPCOnline. You’ll also have access to IPCOnline Technical Support.
Q. Can I run IPCOnline on both my desktop and laptop computers?
A. Yes! Your IPCOnline Subscription allows you to use IPCOnline on your desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone but you can only be logged into one at a time. We designed it with mobile in mind.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to IPCOnline.
- Click on the “Account” link in the top menu.
- Select “Close My Account”.
Q. Is my credit card information safe?
A. Yes! PayPal is a large and respected credit card processor, and your credit card information is never released to anyone, not even us.
Q. Are there alternate payment options?
A. PayPal is the only option currently available for credit card orders, although we are investigating alternatives.
Q. How do I restart a subscription that I previously canceled?
A. If you previously used IPCOnline, you aren’t eligible for the 30-day free trial. Please start a new subscription with this link:
